1. Where are Elm’s offices located?

A. Currently, the main office of Elm is in Riyadh city in Saudi Arabia, there might be expansion to other cities and different countries in the future which will be mentioned in the job posting.

2. What if I need to relocate?

A. Apply for jobs as you normally would. If a recruiter contacts you about a job, let the recruiter know about your relocation requirements.

3. What is the best way to apply for a position at Elm?

A. Search and apply for a job in our career website. Once you’ve created a profile you’ll be able to quickly apply for additional openings, set-up job alerts, and view the status of your application(s).

4. Can I apply for more than one job at the same time?  

A. Yes, you can apply for multiple openings.

5. How can I prepare for the interview?

A. Help us get to know you by explaining how your prior experience and successes have prepared you for the role you’re pursuing at Elm. Review the job description and do a bit of research on the department, project, team, and our company. Come with a few examples in mind that demonstrate your strengths, any questions you have about the opportunity, and a healthy dose of curiosity. It’s always a good idea to get plenty of sleep and eat a good breakfast, too.

6. Should I ask questions during the interview?

A. Thoughtful questions demonstrate your level of understanding, your interest, and your passions, so don't hold back. Your interview is an opportunity for you to get to know us too.

7. How soon will I know if a hiring decision has been made after the interview?

A. Your recruiter can help you understand the specific timeline for the opening you've applied for. You should hear back from them with a status update within 1 to 2 weeks of your interview.

8. How can I send a follow up thank you letter to my interviewers?

A. Your recruiter can provide the names and contact information of your interviewers if you’d like to send thank you notes.

9. How should I submit my resume

A. When you create your profile on the Elm Careers site you’ll be asked to share your career history by uploading an existing resume or importing your information from LinkedIn.

10 Can I withdraw an application?

A. Yes, if you change your mind about a particular job, you may withdraw your application at any time. If you've already received a job offer, you can simply decline it.

11. Can I edit a previously submitted resume?

A. We recommend submitting a new resume when your work history, qualifications or contact information change. Your most current resume will remain active in our database until you submit a new version. Users can update resumes at any time by editing their profile and adding or deleting attachments in the profile screen.

12. I’ve submitted my resume. Now what?

A. Our recruiters review job applicants for each opening and reach out to those who appear to be a strong match with the position. But even if you're not contacted for the job you applied for, your information will go into our recruiter's shared candidate database, which means you may be contacted for other opportunities within Elm at a later date.
