Job Purpose:

To support the Portfolio and Integration team in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on investment performance, strategic initiatives, and integration activities across the investment portfolio. This role provides analytical and administrative support to ensure data accuracy, progress tracking, and alignment with investment objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Portfolio Monitoring and Analysis

  • Assist in gathering, organizing, and validating performance data of portfolio companies.

  • Support in the preparation of periodic portfolio review reports, dashboards, and presentations.

  • Track KPIs and financial indicators to support portfolio performance assessments.

2. Integration Support

  • Contribute to post-investment integration projects by tracking action plans, milestones, and synergy realization.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect relevant information and update project trackers.

  • Assist in documenting integration risks, issues, and mitigation plans.

3. Market and Strategic Research

  • Conduct basic research on market trends, competitors, and industry benchmarks to inform investment decisions.

  • Support in compiling data for strategic planning and value creation initiatives.

4. Data Management and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate databases and files related to portfolio companies, investment documentation, and integration progress.

  • Assist in preparing reports for senior leadership and governance committees.

5. Administrative and Operational Support

  • Schedule and organize team meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

  • Support in the preparation of investment committee materials and board packs.


Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

Experience:

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, consulting, corporate finance, or PMO support.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

  • Basic understanding of financial statements and investment KPIs.

  • Good organizational and project coordination skills.
