ROLE PURPOSE

The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspective.

Is responsible for managing strategic data and AI initiatives within the Research & AI division. The role focuses on

planning, executing, and delivering projects aligned with Elm’s objectives, ensuring quality outcomes, and driving

innovation in analytics and AI solutions. The position requires strong project management capabilities, crossfunctional collaboration, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable data-driven outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

Key Activities

  1. Project Management
  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Data Analytics & AI projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Apply Elm’s project management standards and methodologies, ensuring compliance with PMO requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate project/product KPIs and performance metrics
  1. Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Strategy, Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, etc.) to integrate business needs into project lifecycle.
  • Provide clear communication and reporting to senior stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate alignment between project objectives and organizational strategy
  1. Resource & Risk Management
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues.
  • Support capacity planning and resource allocation in collaboration with department leads.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and direction to project managers and team members
  1. Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare and present periodic project/product management reports for leadership and PMO Enablement.
  • Ensure all documentation (plans, charters, contracts, and reports) is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Maintain compliance with governance and audit requirements.
  1. Continuous Improvement
  • Support the enhancement of project management tools, platforms, and methodologies (including EPM systems).
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and delivery quality.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices in project management.
  1. Policies, Processes & Procedures
  • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
  • Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
  1. Information Security
  • Comply with all relevant information Security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
