- Formulate clear and actionable market entry and expansion plans, evaluate risks, and create contingency plans to mitigate potential challenges.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on competitive strategies and market dynamics
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, adjusting as needed.
