ROLE PURPOSE

The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspective.

Role holder should be able to provide the business development consultation to assist in enhancing the company’s existing product and innovative new services and products in order to increase the profit, according to the policies and procedures followed within Elm.

Key Accountabilities

Key Activities

  1. Daily Operations
  • Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
  • Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of department  / section to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
  1. Business Development
  • Participate in business development initiatives
  • Assist in designing the business intelligent report and analysis the results
  • Study and analysis the customers’ complains and suggestions that are provided by the resellers and the services managers to provide the best recommendations.
  • Study the behaviour of our customers and come up with the best recommendations.
  • Analyse the strength weakness opportunities and threat (SWOT) for take the action 
  • Analyse the internal and external environment for determine the needs, pains and collect required data
  • Collect and write the requirements for Business case to determine the scope.
  1. Policies, Processes & Procedures
  • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
  • Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
  1. Information Security
  • Comply with all relevant information Security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality

 

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Academic and professional qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

 

Years and Nature of Experience

  •   6 - 8 Years of relevant experience in Business Development
