- Daily Operations
|
- Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
- Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of unit performance department / section to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards

- Data Analysis

- Defining and structuring the problem, and building solution space
- Recommending a solution backed by strong rationale and analysis
- Combine data from multiple sources when needed for the analysis.
- Modelling and analysis skills, including ability to analyse and interpret financial data
- Structuring data in a presentable layout
- Provide analysis on the performance of the company and recommend strategic and tactical actions

- Business Research

- Follow up with news and updates in the industry with deep understanding for challenging
- Relate financial and economic changes to the strategy and performance of the company

- Communication and Presentation
|
- Present reports and findings to the management and executive team
- Deliver persuasive presentations both in English and Arabic
- Communicate the execution strategy of the company to employees both verbally and in writing

- Design and implementation of the execution plan
|
- Contribute to the annual cascading and implementation of the execution plan through understanding the strategy and translate it in clear objective with KPIs in order to support decision making and monitor business performance

- Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

Academic and professional qualifications

- BCs Degree in Management, Engineering or Statistics
|
Years and Nature of Experience
|
- 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in a related activities
