- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ERP systems and associated business processes.
- Prepare business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into system capabilities.

- ERP Solution Development & Enhancement
|
- Support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of ERP modules and business applications.
- Analyze enhancement requests and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives and best practices.
- Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities for ERP enhancements.

- Business Process Improvement & Digital Transformation
|
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through ERP capabilities and automation.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by enabling process optimization and system integration.
- Contribute to business process standardization initiatives across corporate functions.

- Internal Systems Integration & Support
|
- Support integration activities between ERP and internal corporate systems.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure effective system interoperability and data consistency.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues affecting business operations.

- Reporting & Analytics Support
|
- Support the preparation of management reports, dashboards, and business analytics related to ERP operations.
- Analyze operational data to provide insights that support business decisions and process improvements.
- Ensure reporting requirements are aligned with business and management expectations.

- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
|
- Collaborate with business units, technical teams, and external vendors to support ERP initiatives.
- Participate in vendor discussions, solution evaluations, and service delivery monitoring activities.
- Support stakeholder communication and change management activities.

- Governance, Controls & Compliance
|
- Ensure business rules, controls, and governance requirements are properly implemented within ERP systems.
- Support compliance with organizational policies, standards, and operational procedures.
- Contribute to maintaining system integrity, auditability, and operational controls.

|
- Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
