Consultant - Risk Management & Business Continuity Job

ROLE PURPOSE
The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspective.
Is responsible for leading risk assessment and mitigation planning for Elm’s operational and technological domains. This role provides advisory support, ensures risk governance alignment, and contributes to the development of strategic mitigation frameworks.

1-    Strategic Risk Projects    •    Lead risk evaluation initiatives for high-impact projects and emerging technologies.
2-    Risk Framework Development    •    Contribute to the evolution of Elm’s operational and IT risk management frameworks.
3-    Cross-Functional Leadership    •    Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to embed risk practices.
4-    Monitoring & Reporting    •    Design and deliver executive-level reports on risk trends, controls, and treatments.
5-    Regulatory & Audit Alignment    •    Ensure Elm’s risk posture complies with national regulations and international standards.
