- Guide the definition and measurement of technology KPIs across divisions
- Monitor compliance with internal standards and regulatory policies
- Review and validate performance dashboards and audit findings

- Process and Operational Excellence Enablement
|
- Direct the assessment and enhancement of core technology processes
- Approve frameworks to standardize best practices across technical operations
- Ensure alignment with organizational governance models

- Technology Procurement and Financial Coordination
|
- Oversee technology procurement planning and execution in line with budget
- Endorse spending plans and ensure financial tracking for technology-related projects
- Review contract lifecycle status with relevant stakeholders

- Advisory on Excellence Frameworks
|
- Provide consultative input on excellence models for technology execution
- Approve maturity assessments and improvement roadmaps
- Guide initiatives that drive innovation and operational uplift.

- Project Quality and Delivery Oversight
|
- Validate quality standards and review implementation across projects
- Monitor project health status and recommend corrective actions for deviations
- Promote adoption of delivery excellence practices

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Academic and professional qualifications
|
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is preferably
|
Years and Nature of Experience
|
- 10 - 12 years of relevant experience in a related industry
