ROLE PURPOSE

The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspective.

The role exists to develop and execute data-driven growth marketing initiatives that support customer acquisition, improve marketing funnel performance, and contribute to business growth objectives across B2B digital products and services. The Senior Growth Marketing Specialist drives awareness, demand generation, lead quality, conversion, and customer engagement by leveraging marketing insights, channel optimization, campaign execution, and performance analytics in alignment with Elm's strategic direction, policies, procedures, and business objectives.

Key Accountabilities

Key Activities

1.  Growth Marketing Strategy & Execution

•  Develop and execute growth marketing strategies aligned with business, product, and customer growth objectives.

•  Identify growth opportunities across marketing channels, customer segments, and B2B digital product markets.

•  Plan and manage marketing initiatives aimed at improving customer acquisition, engagement, and business growth.

2.  Demand Generation & Customer Acquisition

•  Design and execute demand generation campaigns to attract and acquire qualified B2B customers.

•  Manage marketing activities across digital channels, including paid, owned, and earned channels.

•  Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality, funnel progression, and customer conversion outcomes.

3.  Marketing Funnel Optimization

•  Analyze customer journeys to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates across key funnel stages.

•  Develop and execute initiatives to optimize awareness, consideration, conversion, and engagement stages.

•  Conduct marketing experiments and measure the impact of growth initiatives on funnel performance.

4.  Marketing Analytics & Performance Management

•  Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and growth KPIs.

•  Develop reports and dashboards to track marketing performance and provide actionable business insights.

•  Translate data analysis into recommendations to improve marketing performance, ROI, and decision-making.

5.  Content & Campaign Development

•  Support the development of marketing campaigns, messaging, and content strategies targeting B2B audiences.

•  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency of marketing communication, positioning, and brand messaging.

•  Support product launches and go-to-market activities through effective marketing plans and campaign execution.

6.  Stakeholder Communication & Presentations

•  Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and executive updates highlighting growth performance, insights, and recommendations.

•  Present marketing initiatives, campaign results, and growth opportunities to relevant stakeholders.

•  Develop clear, data-driven narratives to support business decisions and stakeholder alignment.

7.  Customer Engagement & Channel Performance

•  Monitor customer engagement and adoption metrics to identify opportunities for improving marketing effectiveness.

•  Evaluate performance across acquisition channels and recommend improvements to enhance reach, engagement, and conversion.

•  Support initiatives that improve marketing-generated pipeline, lead conversion rates, and customer acquisition efficiency.

8.  Growth Performance Improvement

•  Track key growth indicators, including qualified leads, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, campaign ROI, and funnel improvement.

•  Identify performance gaps and recommend actions to enhance demand generation, marketing efficiency, and campaign outcomes.

•  Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to implement improvement actions and support growth marketing objectives.

9.  Policies, Processes & Procedures

•  Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

•  Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Academic and
professional qualifications

•  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Years and Nature of
Experience

•  4-6 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, or related roles.

•  Experience working in B2B environments, preferably within technology companies, SaaS, or digital platforms.

•  Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and optimizing customer acquisition channels.

•  Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and conversion optimization.

•  Experience in analyzing marketing data and generating actionable insights.

•  Strong presentation skills with the ability to create and deliver professional business presentations.
