ROLE PURPOSE

The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspective.

Support the development and execution of investor relations and sustainability initiatives by enhancing engagement with investors and stakeholders, ensuring effective disclosure practices, monitoring market and ESG developments, and providing strategic insights that strengthen the company’s market positioning, transparency, and long-term value creation.

Key Activities

  1. Investor Relations Planning & Execution
  • Support the development and implementation of the company’s investor relations strategy and annual plan.
  • Contribute to investor engagement initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Maintain communication channels with investors and financial stakeholders.
  1. Investor Communications & Disclosures
  • Prepare investor presentations, earnings materials, fact sheets, and communication content.
  • Support disclosure activities in accordance with applicable regulatory and governance requirements.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of information communicated to the investment community.
  1. Sustainability & ESG Programs
  • Support sustainability and ESG initiatives aligned with corporate, national, and international priorities.
  • Contribute to the integration of ESG considerations into business and reporting activities.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve sustainability performance.
  1. ESG Reporting & Regulatory Compliance
  • Coordinate sustainability reporting and disclosures in line with applicable frameworks and standards.
  • Monitor ESG-related regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Support compliance with sustainability and governance obligations.
  1. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
  • Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking.
  • Analyze financial, industry, and ESG trends affecting investors’ perceptions.
  • Prepare insights and reports to support management decision-making.
  1. Stakeholder & Shareholder Engagement
  • Support initiatives designed for different shareholder and investor segments.
  • Assist in responding to investor inquiries and information requests.
  • Maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders and market participants.
  1. Investor Events & External Relations
  • Coordinate investor meetings, earnings calls, conferences, roadshows, and market events.
  • Support relationships with analysts, brokers, stock exchange representatives, and other market participants.
  • Ensure effective preparation and execution of investor-facing activities.
  1. Management Reporting & Strategic Support
  • Monitor analyst reports and market feedback.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management regarding investor sentiment and market developments.
  • Support the preparation of the Annual Report and related governance disclosures.
  1. Policies, Processes & Procedures
  • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
  1. Information Security
  • Comply with all relevant information security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

 

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Academic and professional qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Years and Nature of Experience

  • 4–6 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Reporting, or related finance functions.
  • Experience in financial performance analysis, investor presentations, market analysis, and stakeholder communications.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, capital markets, and disclosure requirements.
