ROLE PURPOSE

The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspective.

To manage the delivery of the project within the required budget, scope and schedule with level of quality, according to the policies and procedures followed within ELM.

Key Activities

  1. Daily Operations
  • Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
  • Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Department / section to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
  1. Schedule
  • Study the scope and translate it to WBS (work breakdown structure)
  • Assign the resources for the tasks
  • State the relation among the tasks
  • Create it in Microsoft Project
  1. Plan
  • Full planning for the project
  1. Budget
  • Provide the required budget for the project
  1. Monitor and Control
  • Monitor the project
  • Monitor and update the risk and issue for the project
  • Monitor and update the lessons learned
  1. Closure and Handover
  • Close all tasks by confirming the delivery of deliverables and milestones
  • Update lessons learned in all stages
  • Prepare full billing documents
  1. Policies, Processes & Procedures
  • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
  • Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
  1. Information Security
  • Comply with all relevant information Security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
