- Program Planning & Budgeting
|
- Identify the Program Objectives in which the Program will be Evaluated and Accepted.
- Develop a comprehensive plan for projects execution to achieve the defined objectives.
- Prepare the program budgets based on the scope of project and track all costs to ensure proper budget coverage.

- Program delivery & Control
|
- Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues to ensure successful program delivery.
- Utilize project management methodologies and tools to track program milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Conduct thorough program assessments, including risk analysis, resource allocation, and timeline development

- Stakeholder Management:
|
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and project team members.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular project updates, and address concerns or issues.
- Communicate and foster collaboration among team members and stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.

- Program Evaluation and Reporting:

- Conduct program evaluations to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive program reports, including progress updates, key metrics, and recommendations for future initiatives.

- Market Analysis & Performance Monitoring

- Contribute to Conduct in-depth market research, customer interviews, and data analysis to gather insights and validate product decisions.
- Leverage market intelligence to drive product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
- Contribute Implement data-driven decision-making processes, leverage analytics to measure, and optimize product performance.
- Continuously gather customer feedback and work cross-functionally to iterate and enhance the product offering.
