Senior Analyst - Risk Management & Business Continuity Job

ROLE PURPOSE
The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspective.
The Senior Analyst provides hands-on support for risk identification, evaluation, and response planning in Elm’s technology and operations. The role actively leads portions of risk analysis projects and engages directly with stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

1-    Risk Identification & Analysis    •    Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses, and issue tracking across operational and IT domains.
2-    Process Improvement    •    Recommend improvements to reduce risk exposure and increase operational efficiency.
3-    Stakeholder Engagement    •    Liaise with internal departments to assess risks tied to business functions and projects.
4-    Reporting & Insights    •    Prepare and present findings and recommendations to leadership.
5-    Policy & Standards Support    •    Ensure compliance with Elm’s risk governance policies and support audits.
