Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and users
- Break down high-level features into clear, actionable user stories and maintain a well-organized product backlog in Jira
- Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating all sprint ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Lead sprint activities: story point estimation, sprint goal definition, sprint commitment tracking, and sprint demo preparation
- Ensure consistent application of Agile principles and Scrum core practices across the product team
- Foster an Agile mindset within the team, promoting collaboration, transparency, adaptability, and iterative delivery
- Monitor sprint health and team velocity through Jira reports.
- Identify and remove impediments that block the team’s progress during sprints.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely product delivery.
- Maintain high-quality documentation for product features, technical requirements, release notes, and team processes.
- Communicate sprint progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders in a clear, structured manner.
- Support go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remove team impediments effectively.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, business).
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of Agile best practices, continuous delivery, and iterative development.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering).
- Scrum Master Certification (e.g., CSM, PSM).
- Experience with Confluence, Trello, or similar collaboration tools.
- Technical background or experience working with APIs or software development teams.
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD environments.
