ROLE PURPOSE 

The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspective. 

To lead and guide data analysis initiatives & various projects, and to provide solutions by data collection, advanced modeling, interpretation, and visualization to offer strategic insights, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to operational efficiency and organizational success.

1. Data Analysis 

• Employ advanced statistical methods to identify patterns and trends in data, providing actionable insights.  

• Apply machine learning algorithms to predict future outcomes and support data-driven decision-making. 

2. Data Modeling 

• Develop and fine-tune predictive models, such as regression or clustering, to uncover hidden patterns and relationships within data. 

• Utilize machine learning algorithms like decision trees and neural networks for in-depth analysis and forecasting. 

3. Data Visualization 

• Create visually compelling and interactive data dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI for effective communication. 

• Utilize data visualization best practices to convey complex insights in a clear and easily understandable manner. 

4. Data Integration 

• Seamlessly integrate data from heterogeneous sources to construct a unified, comprehensive dataset.  

• Provide in-depth data interpretation, translating findings into strategic guidance and recommendations. 

5. Quality Assurance 

• Establish rigorous quality control measures to validate data accuracy and identify potential errors. 

• Implement data validation techniques to ensure the reliability of analytical outcomes. 

6. Reporting & Dashboards 

• Generate comprehensive reports that not only summarize data findings but also offer actionable recommendations. 

• Design interactive dashboards that allow stakeholders to explore data and make informed decisions. 

• Translating complex data findings into business solutions that align with client objectives

• Engage with the IT department to access and manage data, resolve technical issues, and ensure data security and compliance. 

• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and other team members on data analysis projects, sharing insights and coordinating tasks. 

End-Users 

• Communicating with end-users to gather feedback on data reports and visualization.  

• Interact with junior data analysts to provide mentorship, training, and guidance for skill development.
