Senior Consultant Job

Key Accountabilities

Key Activities

1. Customer Onboarding and Enablement

• Lead onboarding sessions and walkthroughs to ensure new customers understand Elm’s products and services.
• Customize training based on customer needs and use cases.

2. Customer Engagement and Relationship Support

• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their goals and challenges.
• Serve as a point of contact to guide customers throughout their journey.

3. Product Adoption and Value Realization

• Monitor customer usage and provide insights to increase adoption and usage effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to align product features with customer objectives.

4. Issue Resolution and Feedback Handling

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and requests efficiently.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to support product and service improvement.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Academic and professional qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Information Technology or a related field
• MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is preferably

Years and Nature of Experience

• 6 – 8 years of relevant experience in a related industry
