- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive advantages.
- Analyze competitor strategies, strengths, and weaknesses to inform the company's positioning and differentiation.
- Plan clear and actionable market entry and expansion plans, evaluate risks, and create contingency plans to mitigate potential challenges.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, adjusting as needed.
