ROLE PURPOSE

Key Accountabilities

Key Activities

1. AI Model Deployment

• Oversee the deployment of AI models in production environments, ensuring proper monitoring, scalability, and optimization of performance and resource usage.

2. Solution Development

• Develop end-to-end AI solutions based on models from the GenAI research team, integrating seamlessly with Elm’s business requirements.

3. Model Validation & Testing

• Lead validation and evaluation efforts to ensure accuracy, robustness, and ethical standards of AI models prior to deployment.

4. Cross-functional Delivery

• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to translate research prototypes into stable, scalable solutions.

5. Research Integration

• Align delivery tasks with short-term and long-term research goals, ensuring synergy between research advancements and business deployment.

6. Infrastructure Coordination       

• Work with infrastructure teams to ensure availability of cloud, hardware, and computing resources required for AI model scaling and deployment.
