The role is responsible for driving business development, managing project execution, and ensuring that AI offerings are effectively commercialized and aligned with organizational goals.

1. AI & Analytics Strategy and Execution

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI models and analytics solutions.
• Ensure the viability and scalability of AI solutions across clients and sectors.

2. Business Development & Client Engagement

• Identify new business opportunities aligned with Data & AI capabilities.
• Engage clients to understand requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Manage relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

3. Product Development and Support

• Collaborate with product teams to transform successful client solutions into scalable products.
• Provide technical oversight and support to ensure product robustness.

4. Data Engineering and Platform Enablement

• Guide the development of open data collection frameworks and data pipelines.
• Promote best practices in data structuring and analytics enablement

5. Project Management

• Oversee delivery of multiple Data & AI projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and business value.
• Mitigate risks and resolve roadblocks in project execution.

6. P&L and Performance Management

• Own the revenue, cost, and profitability targets for the unit.
• Track performance against sales targets and delivery metrics.
