ROLE PURPOSE

Lead the development of strategic direction for the B2B business portfolio by identifying growth opportunities, assessing market dynamics, evaluating competitive positioning, and providing strategic recommendations that support long-term business growth and sustainable competitive advantage.

  1. B2B Strategy Development
  • Define and articulate the long-term B2B business strategy aligned with organizational objectives and growth ambitions
  • Develop strategic frameworks and recommendations to support business expansion and market leadership
  • Assess strategic opportunities and formulate initiatives that strengthen the organization's competitive position
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure alignment between business priorities and strategic direction
  1. Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
• Analyze market dynamics, customer segments, and competitor strategies to support strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate market attractiveness and identify priority growth areas within the B2B ecosystem.
• Develop strategic insights and recommendations based on market and industry intelligence.

  1. Strategic Planning & Business Growth

• Lead strategic planning activities and contribute to the development of long-term business plans.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
• Assess business models and growth strategies to support sustainable revenue generation and market penetration.
• Develop business cases and strategic assessments for investment and growth opportunities.

  1. Portfolio & Investment Strategy

• Evaluate strategic investment opportunities and provide recommendations on portfolio priorities.
• Support decision-making related to resource allocation, business focus areas, and strategic investments.
• Assess the strategic value and potential impact of new products, services, and business initiatives.
• Develop portfolio-level insights to optimize long-term business value creation.

  1. Executive Advisory & Strategic Insights

• Prepare executive-level strategic reports, presentations, and recommendations to support leadership decisions.
• Conduct scenario planning and strategic assessments to evaluate potential risks and opportunities.
• Monitor economic, regulatory, technological, and industry developments that may impact business strategy.
• Facilitate strategic discussions and workshops with senior stakeholders to align on future direction and priorities.
