Senior Product Manager- AI Job

ROLE PURPOSE

The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspective.

To manage AI and Data Analytics business solutions by driving product development, enabling business growth, and delivering scalable AI-powered offerings. The role is responsible for managing product lifecycles, supporting customer needs, collaborating with technical and product teams, and contributing to revenue growth and business performance across AI and Data Analytics initiatives.

1. AI & Data Analytics Product Management

• Manage the lifecycle management of AI and Data Analytics products and business solutions.
• Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and enhancement plans aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure products deliver measurable business and customer value.

2. Business Solutions & Growth Enablement

• Support the growth of AI & Data Analytics business offerings and initiatives.
• Contribute to business development activities and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Support project management activities related to AI solutions and customer engagements.

3. Customer Needs & Solution Enablement

• Manage customer requirements, expectations, and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand business challenges and define AI-enabled solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with customer objectives and operational needs.

4. AI Products & Solution Development

• Collaborate with technical and product teams to develop AI and Data Analytics solutions and products.
• Support the development and enhancement of AI models, analytics capabilities, and customer solutions.
• Contribute to transforming viable customer AI solutions into scalable products.

5. Open Data & Analytics Capabilities

• Support building open data collection and analytics capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage data and analytics to improve products and business outcomes.
• Contribute to enabling scalable analytics practices and platforms.

6. Commercial & Financial Performance

• Support achieving sales targets and business objectives related to AI & Data Analytics offerings.
• Contribute to monitoring product performance, profitability, and business impact.
• Support P&L-related activities and business reporting where required.

7. Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery

• Coordinate with business, product, technical, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
• Facilitate alignment between business priorities and technical implementation.
• Support cross-functional collaboration to drive product success.

8. Policies, Processes & Procedures

• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
• Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
