ROLE PURPOSE

The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspective.

To lead strategic performance reporting, financial modeling, provide expert advice on tax, Zakat, and risk management to drive informed decision-making, according to the policies and procedures followed in Elm.

  1. Strategic Performance Reporting
  • Develop and implement strategies for improved performance reporting.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management for strategic decisions.
  • Develop KPI dashboards for senior management.
  • Conduct regular reviews of reporting processes for optimization
  1. Financial Modeling
  • Build dynamic financial models for scenario analysis.
  • Build and maintain financial models for forecasting and analysis.
  • Provide insights for decision-making based on financial modelling.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for forecasting and analysis.
  • Provide insights based on financial modelling to support strategic initiatives
  1. Executive Reporting 
  • Implement advanced data visualization tools for executive reporting. 
  • Conduct training sessions for executives on interpreting complex financial reports. 
  • Prepare high-level financial reports to the executive team and board. 
  • Summarize complex financial information into actionable insights. 
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis. 

4-Cross-functional Collaboration 

  • Facilitate regular cross-functional workshops on financial awareness. 
  • Implement a feedback mechanism to enhance collaboration effectiveness. 
  • Develop standardized financial reporting templates for other departments 
  • Act as a liaison between finance and other departments. 
  • Provide financial insights to support decision-making in cross-functional projects. 

 

 

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Academic and professional qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Years and Nature of Experience

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience.
