ROLE PURPOSE

The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspective.

The role exists to manage technology projects and delivery initiatives by planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities throughout the project lifecycle. The role ensures successful delivery of technology solutions by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project risks, supporting governance activities, and enabling efficient execution aligned with business objectives and enterprise technology standards.

Key Accountabilities	Key Activities
Project Planning & Delivery Management	Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps for assigned technology initiatives. Manage project execution to ensure deliverables are completed within agreed scope, schedule, and quality standards. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.
Project Coordination	Coordinate project activities across business, development, DevOps, QA, operations, and external vendors. Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders to ensure effective project execution. Ensure timely communication of project updates and dependencies.
Project Governance & Reporting	Support project governance activities through regular monitoring and reporting of project performance. Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates. Monitor project KPIs and ensure alignment with governance requirements.
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management	Identify, assess, and monitor project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies. Coordinate mitigation and resolution activities with relevant stakeholders. Maintain project risk and issue registers throughout the project lifecycle.
Release & Operational Readiness	Coordinate release planning, deployment activities, and production readiness for project deliverables. Support implementation planning and transition into operational environments. Ensure operational readiness activities are completed before project go-live.
DevOps & Delivery Support	Coordinate delivery activities with development, DevOps, and operations teams to support successful implementation. Monitor delivery progress across technical workstreams Support continuous delivery and operational excellence initiatives.
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration	Maintain effective communication with business and technical stakeholders throughout project execution. Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and follow-up activities Support alignment between business requirements and project deliverables.
Continuous Improvement	Support the implementation of Agile methodologies and project management best practices. Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and operational efficiency. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across delivery and support functions.
Policies, Processes & Procedures	Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Information Security	Comply with all relevant information security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Academic and professional qualifications	Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent are considered an advantage.
Years and Nature of Experience	4–6 years of experience in technology project management, software delivery, digital transformation initiatives, or related technology domains.
